Doriann is passionate about improving people’s lives. She enjoys developing creative solutions to solve problems that will have a positive impact on the community.
Doriann has an extensive background in event planning and management, training, and community outreach. Having worked as civilian with the US Army Morale Welfare and Recreation Command both in Europe and stateside, she has extensive experience in business-to-business customer support and outreach, creative problem solving, and project management. She was responsible for creating numerous Army-wide programs that entertained and enlivened lives while supporting business and mission objectives, generating income, and keeping soldiers and their families safely occupied. In this role, she offered them opportunities and experiences they would not otherwise be able to access.
As a TDM Coordinator, she is thrilled with the opportunity to make a difference in the DC area, where she educates and encourages employers to develop and implement sustainable transportation plans that can increase benefits to employees and change behaviors that will have a positive impact on the community and the environment.
