A lifelong Scout, Charlie is driven by his love for the outdoors. He believes that sustainable transportation planning is essential to protecting our natural wonders and improving the health and livability of the people who call Earth home.
Charlie Echard (he/they) is a transportation planner who is passionate about connecting people to their lives through the most sustainable, equitable, and efficient modes possible. He has supported service planning, strategic planning, public engagement, and data analysis and visualization for transit agencies, MPOs, state DOTs, and local governments across Foursquare ITP’s portfolio. Charlie especially enjoys telling stories with maps and data and amplifying the experiences of stakeholders to improve transportation and economic mobility for the customers our clients serve.
